3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Annvita does not receive, process, or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials at any point.
4. Data Sharing
We share order and shipping information with logistics partners solely to fulfil deliveries, and payment information with Razorpay solely to process transactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data Retention & Security
Account passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt/Argon2) and never stored in plain text. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting compliance under Indian law.
